Press Login at the top of the page.
Enter your Email or Username in the provided box, followed by clicking the blue Forgot My Password. A link to reset your password will be shared with the email used during registration.

To check your current balance with Legacy Health:

Visit Legacy Health’s website and log in with your credentials.
On the main menu, view the My Invoices section.
You can pay your balance online via credit card.

To change your credit card or ACH information, you may do one of the following:

Fax the information to 877-818-8182.
Contact your sales representative via their number.
Email accounting@legacyhealthus.com

To find any pedigree for your orders with Legacy Health:

Go to Legacy Health’s website and log in with your credentials.
From the drop-down menu, click on Track and Trace.
Click on VIEW to see the pedigree associated with your order.

To Track any order you have placed with Legacy Health:

Go to Legacy Health’s website and log in to your account.
From the drop-down menu, click on View My Invoices
Then click on the order # you would wish to track.
Scroll down to Tracking Information to see your tracking # with either FedEx or UPS.
Note: Each time an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information of when your order ships from our warehouse up to delivery confirmation.
